Yurrul (seed) – hand painted pot green, white and pink

Artwork story: Yurrul, meaning seed in Gamilaraay language, acknowledges the importance of the life source from seeds. Seeds have such transformative power that we often take for granted. In observing nature on my walks, I notice many seeds on the ground and birds eating them. I reflect on the destruction of their environments, and I try to do my part in honouring them, giving them space and treading lightly so that the birds, animals and other natural sources such as fire, wind and water, can do their part in regenerating Country.

Care instructions:

• Drainage hole in base – includes water collection dish.
• Pots are varnished with at least 2 coats for longevity.
• Recommended for indoor use only.
• To clean, use a mildly damp cloth and gently wipe with a soft cloth.
• Avoid water over flowing when watering plants and immediately wipe off water residue.
• Ceramic pot – handle with care.
